Appearance and Style - (Out of 20)
The color layout seems pretty basic. Being a blog, I doubt you can really modify the individual colors of the theme, but I did notice a few things.
The Ultimate Cash Log,
Archives,
Recent Posts, and Meta all blend with the background, which makes it a bit harder to read.
It's not a big big deal, but there are user's out there who have eyesight issues.

Blog Layout and Categorization - (Out of 20)
Unless I'm missing it, I don't see any categories for these posts. Adding categories for blog posts ensures that the post will end up on search engines if people search that certain text. So far, all I can tell is that they are just posted 1 after the other, not real organization.
I cannot find the difference between the 'homepage' and the 'blogroll'. Both seem exactly alike. If there is no difference, why have blogroll? Some sites also have the direct contact/email form. I noticed you just put up the email address for users to email. For me, if I wanted to write for your blog, I'd rather enter my info into a contact form instead of emailing from the email client. (less time taken)
I'm confused as to why there is 2 recent posts sections. One on the side of the blog, and one on the bottom. In my opinion, it'd look better to only have it in one area.

Commenting Activity and Other Interactions - (Out of 20)
So far, from what I can tell, most of your blog posts get activity. I didn't look at all of them, just the 'Recent Comments' section. Your fans are definitely interested in hearing anything you have to say, which is pretty good. All of the comments seem pretty well mannered.
I'm really loving the 'Social Bookmarks'. 'Tis very handy for us social networking junkies.
😛 I also like how you have a calendar. That can help you, your blog staff, and the readers to establish an exact timeline on how long a certain post as been up.

Quality and Frequency of Posts - (Out of 20)
While I was looking at all the posts in the blogroll section, I noticed blog roll goes past 6 pages, and the other pages after just say "could not locate page content". The homepage only goes to 6 pages of blog entries. Might wanna fix that.
You seem to post allot of entries, and all of them are lengthy. On one of your posts, Forum Member Ranks System, I'm really impressed with that post, and have actually bookmarked it for future use. However, I did notice that on Promotion Forum Rank Module, you forgot a place for 'Retired Staff'.

Spelling/Grammar - (Out of 20)
I just skimmed a few entries looking for any spelling mistakes, can't find any, nor can I really find grammar mistakes. All in all, your grammar and spelling seems flawless. I don't doubt that there is probably a mistake or two somewhere in there, but no one is perfect.
