Making a forum to get Neobux and other PTC refferals?

How hard would it be to get members and visiters to join and become active refferrals for Neobux by making a forum dedicated "Neobux" and other paid to click, paid to shop, paid surveys and paid to surf refferral based advertising programs.

I tried getting refferrals in the past with low traffic websites and I only managed to get 1-2 refferrals. But, I just had a refferral link on my homepage, and never really explained the benefits of being an active "paid to click" refferral and "how getting more refferrals" can earn you more.

Why stop at Neobux? There are thousands of other money making sites, such as gigabux, swagbucks, lockerz, ect. You should open a "Make Cash" or "Revenue" forum. Make topics with your referral link, and others, with newly found sites, will do the same. A good way for you to make some extra cash, and find out new ways to make money.
