Making a php framework

So i have been working on making my own framework because i want the experience and something to call my own. I have been looking around for tuts and have found lots of them but most of them are either outdated or completely vulnerable to a plague of attacks.

Most frameworks are built with teams of friends and what not but sadly i dont have many friends and the friend i do have are not into web design and development. I was woundering if anyone has any solid resources to creating a mvc framework?
