Making a Posting site

I want to make something like http://www.paidforumposting.com/content/ but I don't know what scripts to use or how to even start. Can someone help me out here give me some tips to start?

Wow, they have some VERY big prices. You can get some excellent posts for 10cents/post, take this into account if you're starting such a site. You need to give some excellent prices, otherwise people won't be interested.

I know that's why I want to make my site because my posts are quality posts and really cheap I have a thread on here 10 posts 0.5$ thats 0.05 for a post 🙂
