Making flash interactive advertising banners

I have searched everywhere on google trying to find this maybe I am wording it wrong or something. For example sometimes on Youtube they will display banners at the top and you can click to watch movies ect.. I want to know where I can go to learn this or have someone pay to do it.

Flash Ads are made by simply programming in ActionScript (the 'Flash' programming language). Luckily enough, ActionScript is one of the easier languages to pick up if you're a newbie to coding. You just need a program that can compile ActionScript (like Flash). 😛

There are numerous Actionscript tutorials online that you can look over.

You would have to use Adobe Flash for this 🙂

I believe SwishMax and a few other programs may work with ActionScript as well.
