Do you make money, and get more views by embedding your own and other people's YouTube videos on your website with banner, and link ads along with getting money from ads within YouTube videos?
I think it is a good idea to also make a website for your YouTube channel to embed your own YouTube videos for visitors to view like how ad-supported websites like Revision3, Mashable, Techcrunch, and The Huffington Post embed their own videos on YouTube, and their own website to also make money from views on their own site, and increase the number of viewers instead of just relying on YouTube's search, and related videos recommendations on the right of each video on YouTube.
I sometimes embed my videos on my own sites to increase the number of views, and add more content to my sites to keep them active instead of inactive.
