Malicious site warning due to blacklist links?

It has just come to my attention that a few 3rd party sites like Yandex and Quttera Labs believes there is malware on my site. I contacted my hosting and they did a search and found nothing, using some online tools have showed I have two black listed links on my site that seem to be causing the warning to be triggered.

One of them is i.imgur which is easy to remove, the other belongs to a popular IPB mod the ipbarcade which could be impossible to remove.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do? I don't want this warning spreading to other site checkers like google.

Uninstall the IPB mod ipbarcade... Do you absolutely need it?

Is the arcade worth the bad rep of having a malicious site?

If the arcade mod isn't being used at all, I'd seriously consider removing it. Safety comes first in my book.

Have you tried asking on the IPB arcade support forums why the app is blacklisted by search engines? Have they offered any info about this issue?

Well here is the problem though, only two sites viewed links as bad, site checkers like google and other major ones found nothing wrong with my forum. I contacted one site and they removed the warning on my site, the last site, Yandex, which is some russian site, won't respond to my email I sent them.

So I think this is just 3rd parties trying to make me buy like a blacklist remover or something like that.
