Pros:
I love your theme, simply love it. At first I thought eh it's all grey/dark boring! but even then the theme really stands out, well chosen. The idea for your logo, isn't bad but I think you should spell out the whole thing "ManaFall" instead of just "MF". The number of forums that you have is great, not too much and not too few; just perfect for a forum your size.

Cons:
Maybe you should think about getting a TLD or at least one of those free ones like co.cc. Your forum's activity isn't good, most of your forum's don't have any reply to existing topics.
