Many Graphics Needed!

I will pay what ever I have when this is complete, and I will give rep to whomever's I use.

I need a few advert signatures, about 355x145
Needs to have a pokemon on it, and "PokeBoards" written on it.


I need 6 Userbars made.

"PokeBoards Administrator" With a Pokeball render at the end of the userbar(add to all the userbars)
^Color of Userbar(Not the font color)= Red

"PokeBoards Global Moderator" Same as above
^Color of Userbar(Not the font color)=Blue

"PokeBoards Tournament Staff" Same as the first userbar
^Color of Userbar(Not the Font color)= Light Grey

"PokeBoards Graphics Staff" Same as the first Userbar
^Color of Userbar(Not the Font color)= Purple

"PokeBoards Tournament Winner" Same as first Userbar
^Color of Userbar(Not the Font color)= Green

"PokeBoards Contest Winner" Same as first Userbar
^Color of Userbar(Not the Font color)= Orange

"PokeBoards Member" Same as first Userbar
^Color of Userbar(Not the Font color)= Black


And Lastly I need an affiliates button, Make it the normal affiliates button size.
I want it to be creative, I do not care what you add to it, as long at it relates to pokemon and has PokeBoards Written on it. Please add some cool effects
