Your Quick Review
Pros
The first thing that gets my attention is the great banner. It is a nice and professional banner. Great work on that. I also really like the forum theme. I normally don't like vBulletin themes, so that's definitely a plus. You also have two different themes so the user can choose which theme they like the best. I like that; especially considering I do not have to go deep into my profile to change it like you do on other forum software, I can change it any time I want to with only a click or two.
I like how you welcome new users who post an introduction. This is great to turn regular users into active users, by really meeting them in person and welcoming them with open arms. Also, you have snagged a great domain name. That is a pretty rare type of domain, that should give you an edge over the competition with a domain like that. The domain is simple, it's not small exactly, but it's really hard to forget. This can really get users coming back, as some users may not bookmark the forum, and they may end up having the type out the domain to get back to the forum.
Cons
Well, first off, I see you have 107 members right now. Yet, the forum only has 67 topics at this time. You have more members than topics. That should be fixed. It shows that users are either afraid of creating topics or you just seem to be failing to create topics on your end. Topics are necessary to generate discussion. So, you need to get some topics on your forum. Not only the basic topics, like "Favorite Movie," "Favorite Book," etc, but unique topics as well. Topics of things that don't tend to be discussed. This is attractive to potential users as potential users can go anywhere to discuss the topics that aren't unique that ask you what your favorite movie is, etc. Also, 107 members and only 385 posts right now. That's a bit more than an average of one post per member. Sent an email out, start a competition or contest, get these members back on to the forum and posting. Also, why do I see the VIP board? I can't actually access it, but it is just an empty board that takes up space to non-VIP users. There is no reason to allow everyone to be able to see it. You may want it to let users know about VIP status but it doesn't really say much, as it shows that the VIP board is a bit inactive as well.
Next, "Introduce Yourself" is the very first board on the forum. "News" is the second board on the forum. It may make your forum different from forums that are set up differently but I personally feel news should be above introduce yourself. It seems to take away the importance of the news board the way it is now. Your forum is still pretty small right now, I feel you have a bit too many boards for this size. I think you should limit the amount of boards. With your forum's size, it is hard for all the boards to have new content in them daily. This will lead to inactive boards. For example, one boards hasn't had a single post in it in 3-4 weeks. Also, I am seeing a few boards with only one thread in them. Maybe make some more threads to get discussion going. I personally dislike the toolbar. Most people find a toolbar as an annoyance. Sure, it has nice features. But, it's a message board, you don't really need a chat room or arcade. If you feel you do, you can always add it to the menu on the forum, and just remove the toolbar.
Final/General Thoughts
Your forum has loads of potential; you have a great domain, a great banner, a great theme, and you are a devoted administrator. Are you looking to turn it into a great forum? With your devotion, you can go make it happen. Overall, it's a nice forum, but it has its faults.
You should be proud of... The nice banner and theme you have on your forum. Also, the quality domain you managed to snag.
You really need to work on... Your forum's activity, the topic amount, and turning members into active members.
