Mass E-mails

In PHP on the inactive users page, it says I can send them a "remind" e-mail, where/how do I compose such an E-mail ?

It is a pre-configured email. You can edit them in the language/en/email directory. The file for the remind inactive users email is user_remind_inactive.txt
