First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When viewing you're website for the first time I noticed that you are using a plain skin, I have seen numerous websites that use this exact skin. When running a forum or even a website you want to stand out from other website's in you're genre, And just overall standing out.

I also noticed that when viewing the announcements at the top that you spelled simple things incorrectly. Some of these misspelled words are within this review.

I was really overwhelmed with the clutter of items on both left and right sidebars. Some of the sections are not really needed. Such as the clock really just a waste of space, I mean yeah most phpbb forums have their clocks however none of them usually use the one you are using a "Real" clock..

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout of you're website is very cluttered like stated above. Maybe by shifting more around you can expand and make people want to join even more..

However I did notice that your forum layout is nice and easy to find topics within their sections which is a good thing. You give gamers their selection of sections to talk about their favorite gaming encounters and such.. As well as giving users a general section. Which makes more people want to come together to join and chat with fellow likes and dislikes of the genres. 😉

You're announcements section on the forum index isn't really appealing and didn't grab my attention really, This is a big bummer. As this is probably a forums biggest area to have showing from the rest. As this shows the community what you are doing to improve it. So maybe by making it a bit more appealing with images or other useful items. It will stand out from the rest of the site layout.

Another thing I realized is the advertisements here at FP we don't have the banners own box to put advertisements in and in most forums are the same. I strongly suggest getting rid of the advertisement boxes and just adding or finding a mod that doesn't make boxes to add adverts in. This will probably boost guests to join because as of right now it just seems a bit overwhelming all around to join. But with hard work and dedication you can make your site amazing 🙂

I was really overwhelmed with knowing who is who within your site as basically everyone was a different color, Now not knowing basically what your website was about probably didn't help me now did it? But any who I suggest making less usergroups or finding a way so not everyone is a different color as it will throw some people off for those who are not a certain color..

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The Statistics is pretty decent, However most of your forum posts are from staff, Which is okay but doesn't really show guests that your site is active with users. So maybe by requesting packages from different promotion forums or asking friends to post randomly and be on randomly. Upon doing that you may get more active users and more people joining more often 🙂.

Your activity is somewhat good 🙂 I mean you did have some active people on during the early morning, But that could of just been the timezone difference. However your site would drag in guests to join. First thing people usually look at is how many people are on at that very moment. So if you have five people on I'm sure more people visiting will look into joining keep up your great activity, And I'm sure you will soon see a successful forum! :great:

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
It seems as if you have too many staff than active members. Now I know some forum go by how many users they have but this should NEVER be the case. Why? Because if you go by how many users you have than active ones then it's just going to be a staff war.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
When looking at your forums I noticed that you spelled some simple stuff wrong. This includes xbox it's not x-box like most people say it's just xbox.

Other than that misspell, I couldn't really find anymore. So nice job but I strongly suggest fixing the xbox misspell asap 🙂. Viewing announcements on your website was like viewing regular posts. It didn't contain any authority or even knowing that an admin was speaking.
