..of the members. How well do you think your forum meets the need of your members? Do you ask them for advice on improvements or do you wait for them to approach you with their opinions and idea?
I always have a section for new ideas and suggestions and nine out of ten times try my best to implement them where possible. MadDogz was created and designed specifically for the constant members I have and without them it would be nothing, so their input is vital to the running of the forum. I'm forever asking for their advice and suggestions but you must also remember this, "you will never please all of the people all of the time". 🙂
My members are always telling me how great I am for always thinking of them. I'm always doing new things to make their time on the FFF easier and more enjoyable and they all know that and is one of the reasons they keep coming back. They love how laid back it is too.
I always ask for feedback and suggestions on my business forum. It really is important to do that. I've made changes in the past, that I thought were small yet helpful, only to find that members hated them, you really don't know until you ask.
