First Impressions & Appearance
First off, the forum theme is really nice. I love the color scheme and the texture that is on the category background and the upper menu background. The actual background is awesome for a gaming forum. I like the opacity effect with the background fading to black as you scroll down. Well done on that.
The banner is alright, but it's simple. There's not much to it. It's only a transparent image with white text on it. Because the background is mainly the color black, it makes it look black and white. Black and white is a bit boring color combination. I think you could do a bit more with it. You could maybe add an icon to the banner or do more with the text besides the text just being white. I really dislike the huge "X" icon on the forum. It is unnecessary to have and the very outside of the icon is low quality anyways. I like that you have a selection of different themes that can be used. Overall, I like the theme but there are a couple things you could do to improve your forum's appearance.

Site Layout
Your layout isn't bad. There's nothing really sticking out that makes it good though. You have the same basic layout that most forums have. For the first category, the only thing I really see that makes it different than most other forums is your Community Events board. That's a bit different. Seeing as Community Events is a hard board to keep active daily, I think it would work well just to make it a sub-board.
You've got a bit more boards than necessary. You have sixteen boards and three categories. Three categories is fine as it is the average amount, but I really don't understand why your off-topic category as more boards than the gaming category. It's a gaming forum, so I feel it should be the other way around. Your off-topic category has seven boards, you should tone it down to three or four boards. I think you can make Forum Games a sub-board in the Power Down board. I don't feel the Marketplace and Achievements boards are necessary, but if they are, they should be sub-boards.

Statistics and Activity
Mega Victory has managed to accumulate over 2,900 posts and 1,000 members. 1,000 members is amazing, congratulations on that. Users are registering, that's good. Now getting these users to actually post appears to be a problem. Your forum is currently averaging a bit less than three posts per member. That's not very good. You need to do whatever you can to get some of these users posting. Maybe just a nice email sent out to everyone will do the trick, but I think you will probably have to do a bit more than that. You should have a posting competition or something. The winner of the competition could win a popular video game or a recently released video game. Whatever works.
Mega Victory's activity is down. Looking around, I have noticed that your forum has only had a few posts so far today and hasn't really had very many posts lately. The majority of gamers are teenagers and most teenagers are busy with finals right now, so that could be why. If that's the case, then the activity being low is understandable. There are a couple boards that haven't had any posts in them since March. Why is that? If no one is going to post in those two boards than there is really no reason to have them. Overall, the activity isn't horrible but it could be way better.

Staff Moderation
Staff moderation seems to be going well. I don't see anything that has failed to be moderated, good job. I like that you have a user legend so I can check and see who all the staff members are without having to search through posts on the forum. You have three staff members. That's the perfect amount of staff members considering the current size of your forum. Two of the staff members are moderators and one staff member is the administrator. That's fine. The staff members need to be active though. That's part of their purpose. One of the moderators hasn't posted in over twenty days and only had five posts to begin with. That's unacceptable for a moderator. The other moderator hasn't posted in about a week and only has a total of twenty two posts right now. You need to get all the staff members posting daily.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
There's not much to say about your spelling and grammar. You seem to be using good spelling and grammar all throughout the forum. You seem to be posting around with professionalism, but you can't say the same about your moderators. One of your moderators posts around with poor grammar and uses way too much text talk. That doesn't look very professional! He should not be welcome on the staff team if he does not act professional. Currently, all he is doing is setting a bad example to regular members. You post around like a professional, good job on that. Hopefully you can get your staff to do the same. Also, I was just looking at the Creative Zone board description. In the last sentence, you use the word "Other." It should be "Others." Next, look at the Welcome Board description. The last sentence of it looks like a question but you used an explanation point instead of a question mark? Finally, in the Game Nights sub-board description: "Enlist in a Night full of shooting and fun and if your planning on hosting a game night, go ahead and post you event here." First off "Night" shouldn't have the first letter capitalized. "Your" should be "You're." Then, at the ending, "You" should be "Your."

Mega Victory is a good gaming forum with potential, but it is really struggling. Keep trying and fighting inactivity and everything will fall into place over time.
