I think you should have your own domain name for your forums honestly. I wouldn't think twice on passing a free domain forum and finding one that actually has brand instead.
I don't say that to be mean. 🙂 I say that from personal experience. Most of the forums you are advertising here also have lack of content. Maybe spend the money on a domain (only $12 a year at most) and focus on making one forum a great forum - you won't regret it!
I run a lot of forums myself but each one has their own domain and I focus on making each of them as active as I can. I actually own like 200 domain names and while that sounds like a lot, I just let about 350 expire... 😱
