It's actually me and a friend selling it. He's the one who bought the IPB license, so he wants $100 for that, but I'm not sure how much more than $100 seeing as I get the rest.

BTW, I forgot to mention, some of the themes/mods are paid for. Not sure the cost of them though.
 
I'm the friend Cpezo is talking about and I paid $150 for IPB and the license is due to be renewed on 7 May 2011 for $25 and bought the I bought IPB skin Carbon Blue 3 for $20.00 which is a total of $170 I may have bought more stuff, but this is all I can think of right now. I think $100 is fair at least for the IPB as I spent way more for the IPB and I bought the $20 skin for it.

Make me an offer. You'll have to convert it back to something else though.

Yeah make a offer I was thinking of not selling the IPB license, but decided to because I think it would be hard to convert back to something else.
