You have 130 registered users, i don't know how long your forum has been up and running, but it looks like you are doing well. You Can get more members by offering something on your forum that no other forums offer, this way people will come to your forum rather than one nearly the same but does not offer one of the thing you now offer.
You should aim to reach 200 members with in 3-4 months, but it will take a lot of time and work.

Nearly all your members have posted and are active. This very good, this means you have spent the time needed to keep your forum fresh and active. To get more active you can try having contest, like Member of the month and posting competitions and offer something as a prize, since your an animal crossing forum, offer prizes like an item for the game witch you can give them over wifi, this will give you members reason to stay active and come back as well.

You have a total of 33238 post on your forum, this is very good for any forum owner and most forum owners will never reach this number, so well done. This is very good when you consider how many members you have, 150 members and 33238 post, that is amazing and just goes to show how active your forum is. A way to get more post (This should not be much of a big deal any more) is like i said above have some contest like a posting contest.

Well this is where the site let me down, its not a very attractive skin at all, it just is not nice and i think you can do a lot better, try to find one with more bold colours, something that looks very nice, maybe a new logo, if you want a nice logo see forum promotion graphics team.

You have set the forums out quite well, the news ticker is good, and so are the Affiliates, you have made good use of sub-section witch most people don't do and end up with over crowded forums that look messy. One bad thing is that i try to click on section and it says i need to be a member, this will not attract members, they need to see your forums members are having interesting convocations, witch will make them want to join the forum and join in with the talk.

your forum seems well moderated, while i have been on your forum there has been a moderator active, you just need to remember as you get more members you will need more staff to keep your forum in check.
