Do you provide any member exclusive services on your forum? What are they? Do they help you turn those guests/lurkers into full blown members? If you dont provide any member exclusive services now, will you later?

Well, you have to registered to post on my forum and you also get access to one or two more sections, however they do have a post requirement to enter.

On a forum that is in the planning stage (which I am not revealing yet), we will have special services for higher ranking members.

In my opinion, this will give the members something to work to.

Blue Humor for example will offer a few things, like access to a hide forum where just about anything goes. Like Twisty said, you need goals.
