My site has been up for awhile, ive advertized it in many different places, but still no luck. The members I do have (which is about 3) just signed up and I haven't seen them since. Does anybody have any advice for attracting members.
1. Your site is very unattractive to the eye, the skin is very plain, the font is annoying, and the banner looks like it was made in MS Paints in about 2 minutes. The whole skin actually looks like it was made in MS paints. Don't waste your time trying to get a new skin though, you need to upgrade to a better more professional hosting company like phpbb.
2. Your sit loads very slow, and that will turn members away very fast. Once again don't fix this, upgrade hosts and then fix this problem.
3. That host has ads everywhere, however you can't fix this unless you switch hosts.
4. Too many boards, a new site shouldn't have as many forums as you do. Delete some of them. The whole site looks like it was designed in MS Paints, and I think you should upgrade.
There are many tips here to get more members and topics to help you advertise and this isn't really suopport and just seems to be a way to post your link with less then 4 posts.
