Who can view your members' info? Do you have it where only members can view it? What about guests?
I have my forum set where only members can view. Some forums even restrict that to maintain privacy to people.
What do you do?
Set it up so that members only want to share what they want to share on their accounts. They do not have to enter the input boxes if they wanted or not. But whatever they say or have setup anyone can view it.
When it comes to a forum that I run, everyone needs to be logged in to see other users' member info or their profile. This is so that it is a little more secure for the members of my forum and there is less chance of anything happening should someone see the user's info and choose to use it for purposes not intended.
