Ok this may sound a bit strange but I am using forumotion and phpbb3 and at the bottom of every post there is like a round circle thing red for off line and green for online but the off line/online text at the side of it is in a different language is there anyway to change the language on this please or is there a way to turn this on and off.

Its the template you are using, as it wasn't designed in english there is noting you can do about it on a free host i'm afraid

Under Load Settings in the ACP there is the following option that can turn this feature off if you want to -

Enable display of user online/offline information:
Display online information for user in profiles and topic pages.

Load settings can be found on the "General" tab on the Administration control panel. It's near the bottom of the menu on the left hand side - assuming your host has not disabled it.

Their acp is completely different.... I can't find flood control and their is not a load setting tab either to disable the offline/online information.

the load setting most likely won't be on free hosts as most of the settings are to do with the server
