Just a little update.
I now allow anonymous posting in mental health section and I have added lots more categories and forums.

Also I have articles and blogs enabled.

how can we guarantee the safety of others to do "anonymous posting" ?

I think it's more of a way to protect people who want to post anonymously. Some people don't feel comfortable enough to register on a forum such as this one, but they still want an outlet to post on without having to join and use a username that might be linked to their email address. I don't think it should pose a threat to other members.
