Is there a way to merge a MyBB forum to a phpBB forum?

are you talking about converting a mybb forum to a blank phpbb forum or actually merging two databases?

Does phpBB's converters delete whatever posts, topics, members, etc. you have? If not, it'll merge the forums like MyBB, IPB, and vBulletin's converters.

It sounds like you are confusing the words "merge" and "convert"

Merging it having to different forums and making them into one forum. Converting means having 1 forum on one software and changing it into a different software.

Anyway, the converter will carry over the posts and members and as many settings as possible (that is the point of converting otherwise if you lost all the members and posts you may aswell start a new forum and not bother converting).
