You think anyone would want to merge their forum into a smaller forum for free, no that's not going to work, no one will do it. And what happens when you have 10 people merged, 10 admins? You need to think it through,

The forum was a bit smaller than AF, FM was dying, AF was fast progressing so it was the best option for Austin.

And FM was the only forum merged for free, the rest were bought so no staff were transferred.

How much where they bought for

I might be able to make a pricing

I can imagine the forums they merged with costing $200+, maybe even around $500. They merged with good forums.

Steven pretty much covered that first part. It was the better option, and there was no better place to go than AF.

As for pricing, it varies with every forum. It's mainly based on activity, amount of posts, and traffic.

This is indeed correct no forum owner will merge with a just newly launched forum for free or we can say not seeing any benefit from it.

I am also looking for forums/databases for my forum but i did`nt expect them to come and join for free i am willing to pay for it and even if someone has some kind of partnership offer that's is also what we can discuss upon.

You should also do something like that or make your own from scratch to what you want it to be.
