Appearance
I'm having a hard time with the appearance of your forum. The theme is very "taverny" but nothing metal except the name on the banner. Don't get me wrong, it's a great theme and looks great, but does not really fit your forum very well. I would suggest looking for a darker theme, maybe a light grey in the background and a lighter black/brown main color. As for the banner, it is really well designed. My only suggestions for it is to add some wood pattern to the background where it is plain beige, drop the shadow distance on the lettering down to 3 or 4 and cut out the transparent portion under the lettering at the very bottom. Other then those, everything else looks good.
Layout
The layout of your boards is pretty good. I only have a couple suggestions. Move "Voting Booth" to "The Bar" as it really does not fit in the "Pub Jukebox" category. Add boards under "News, Announcements and Important Stuff" for members to offer suggestions for improvement of the forum. This can also be useful for members to report bugs or errors that they are having on your forum. I would also like to see boards for general music discussion. This would help to expand your member base and create more content.
Statistics and Activity
7,320 posts and 127 members. That is an average of 57 posts per member. This is not the case however. You have 2 1/2 pages of members with no posts whatever. I would suggest removing these members from your database to get a more accurate member count. Your activity is great though. You have a good post count in the metal board though. I am very impressed that you do not have a ton posts in the off topic board. Good job on that!
Content
You have pretty good content. From the posts that I looked at there are very few short posts and most of them are of good length and on topic. I would like to see more videos posted though. I don't have anything to suggest content wise.
Organisation and SEO
Your domain is 7 months old. Your Google Page Rank is 1. Your Alexa rank is 918,430. You have 40 sites linking into your forum. These are not bad stats, but they could be better. For only being 7 months old you have an amazing Alexa rank. Your Page Rank is expected to be low for less then a year. Your sites linking in could use some work. Look into music and metal specific link directories and forums to submit your link to in order to get more backlinks and more sites linking in. This will help both your Page Rank and your Alexa ranking.
