methods of dealing with the annoying hubbub of everyday life

We are all stressed out, and we all have problems. I have depression and anxiety. Some people are worried about how they will pay rent tomorrow. Others are dealing with that biochemistry exam this week. Maybe you work at Dunkin Donuts, and you will have to work an extra shift. Whatever it is, we all have our problems. I made this thread for people to vent and talk about ways they deal with these problems. For me, I made use of my school's counseling center; I made a lot of use of stress sticks and balls, I listened to beautiful music, I played the piano, watched my favorite videos on Youtube, and made fantastic graphic designs that I loved. What about you? Do you have any hobbies, talents, coping skills, etc. in real life that you would like to tell us? I would love to know. 😉
 
With coping, perhaps you mean the stress? In this fast-paced modern life, I don't think there is a person who is not stressed, at least in the urban areas. I continually feel the stress in my body brought about by my job in the office which is usually caused by pressures of deadline. That is one reason why I joined forums, to take away my mind from my job. And my stress reliever are my dogs. They bring me peace of mind especially when they would show their affection by asking me to caress them. And when I have nothing more to do at home, I play Candy Crush on my phone.
