Microsoft Edge?

Anyone else use Microsoft's new browser? Is it somewhat better than Internet Explorer?

I like the whole drawing part but I would rather stick with my Chrome browser, Microsoft Edge just doesn't work for me. 😛

I have to admit, it is alot better and faster than Internet Explorer, but I still use Chrome or FireFox. 😛

I been playing around with it since the first Pre-build came out. And it was named "spark" back then, and before Windows 10 was released they named it to Edge.

It's faster, there are flipping bugs still, like when typing in the URL you have to click it 3 times before you can type.

I stay with Chrome, and what an weird name Edge

Chrome works faster for me them Edge, so I will stick with Chrome.

Personally speaking I think "Spark" actually sounds better than "Edge". 😛

Anyway, I tried Edge for around 2-3 days after I installed my Windows 10. Definitely not bad. I didn't use IE much so I couldn't compare it but I believe Edge was better. However it still had errors and I was not familiar with the settings and everything else. Eventually I switched back to Firefox.

I liked it - very smooth and quick, but it was kinda buggy, so I'm using Chrome until it gets fixed.

It is better than IE, very much so. I just find it feature lacking as of right now, you cannot even sort bookmarks. Its fast though so that is one of the most important things.

I own a Mac so I haven't a reason to use any new browsers. My husband really likes Edge though. He has no complaints about it whatsoever. 🙂

I have not tried it yet because I am still on 8 but I've heard it has compatibility issues with MyBB right now.

I didn't exactly feel it's faster than other browsers. I often got pages not loading properly instead. It needs to improve stability first before we see extensions, I guess. 😛

Yep.
