Where do you suggest I search for junior designers who will volunteer their time and will take direction from someone?

Most sites that I can think of are paid-based and not easy to look for people to do it for free nowadays. Depends on how much work they have to do. More you pay the high content and work that you get out, but then My logo cost me $80 back 5 years ago for my Twitch
