Milestone contest, need ideas for prizes and such

Hey guys, I am just now beginning to realize that a posting contest isn't going to cut it at Chatting Time... the prizes we are offering don't seem to be enough. I know a lot of forums have a milestone contest, where whoever gets to the milestone first, they get a prize. What kind of prizes can one give out for such a contest that's just for on the forum? I can't send anything out by mail to people I don't know, nor can I offer cash prizes either. But it should still be something meaningful that a member will appreciate just as much. Do you offer VIP membership? Or what about a Domain or Hosting?

We have a VIP Forum, and I have that offered as a prize for this posting contest for those who don't own or run a forum. I don't have money for hosting or domains, as I am not running a hosting company of any sort, so I can't do anything fancy like that. I suppose I could just do VIP access, but then the rules would have to be altered for the next contest. Like if you're already a VIP, you can't participate in a contest again or something like that.

I don't think people of a general discussion community will need domains or hosting; maybe a webmaster community, but not really a general forum.

I'd say iTunes offers or vouchers (maybe Amazon, eBay).

Again, don't really have money so I can't really do something like that. Maybe a special signature or try to find an awards mod to install or something? Any of those ideas sound good?
