Appearance
The overall look of the forum is appealing and pretty consistent. It’s very nicely laid out with nothing too bothersome or in the way of things. I really like the logo as well as the design really suits the type of your site. The name and content of the site is very interesting, creative, and rather innovative. It has an organized touch to it. The only thing that gets me a bit is the large amount of white space that sits on the bottom of your site. This would be a great chance to add new features, make new topics, or have other items implemented to give your place a completed, functional look. And don’t forget to get a favicon! You did a very good job in this area.
Layout
The layout is also very consistent and practical. The difference between “Recent” and “Recently Answered” is a little blurry, though. I’d be a little more succinct in your categories so people know where to post their theories and answers. I would also maybe consider adding categories that are topic specific like “Science”, “Humanitites”, “Economy”, etc. so people know where to find the proper information. This will also help out to not create categories that repeat the same topic in each category. For example, a “Recent” topic may be up, but at the same time it may be “Unanswered” and therefore appear there as well, leaving less variety. It’s good that you have these, but just be sure to keep them organized and not too repetitive.
First Impressions and Interest
My main first impression of this website was “Is this a forum or just an informational website?!” It was so different from what I was used to that it surprised me a bit to see a forum that looked that way. It’s got a lot of potential to drive interest, though, given that the appearance is spot-on, and other small factors make it unique. I can already see that the site is going well and that it is simple and offers pretty specific topics to discuss. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but as a small note, the site is loading rather slowly at each page, so hopefully it’s a technical problem that can be fixed. It was slightly difficult to determine the niche of your site but I thought it was general since no other niche seemed to fit it better.
Content
Actually looking at the posts, the content is well articulated and expanded on. There are absolutely no short responses anywhere I could find which tells me people are pretty interested in this niche. It’s all very nicely thought out and lots of interesting conversation. The activity is looking like it’s going pretty smoothly so keep up the excellent work.
