Get a way better theme! Your forum is...basic and, sadly to say, I could find many better sports forums. Put Forum Announcements on top that way you could get a lot more people reading them!

I'm worry about the loading speed though. What do you think, leave it or take some codes off so it can load faster?

Very nice forum mate, categorys are in a nice order, and i like the logo thing at the top.
Only may i suggest you have a legend or a key? because you have the colorednames, but no-where explaining what they are/do.

It does load quite slow and you seem to have many things that i had to unblock to see what they were because NoScript blocked scripts from 7 sites (proboards and 6 others).

It does say under their name if they are admin, g-mod, MVP, or commish. Red are the staff members (admin/g-mods). Blue is the commish who run the fantasy league. Green is the MVP of the Month.

I like the techno blue better. It might just be me, but I cant stand dark colored forums that also have dark text.
