First Impressions - (Out of 20)
I immediately noticed your site is using IP.Board, which is my personal favorite forum software. I was like, "Awesome!" Also, your skin is amazingly great-looking. (And from a great site, I go to IPB Customize for my skins, too.) Your banner looks very well on the skin. Your forum is quick-loading and I didn't have any issues with it at all. My first impression was just fine.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I love the skin, as I said earlier. Very high quality. Your forum layout is categorized just fine and each forum correlates to the appropriate category. However, what is up with the Sci-Fi forum? That has WAY too many subforums! Only a few even have posts in them. None of your other MMO forums have those type of subforums. (Thank goodness.) I would suggest eliminating the subforum thing. What I would do is get rid of all the subforums, leave the main ones, and then on the main index have a few dedicated forums for the most popular MMOs of any genre. Because that Sci-Fi forum thing is a bad idea (unless your forum got to the point where you had so much activity that you needed those subforums). Also, another reason to justify getting rid of the subforums is that on the index only 6 MMO forums are displayed and 8 off-topic forums are that might make newcomers think you neglect the MMO part.

Your forum is a month and a week or two old. Therefore, this category is most certainly a difficult one to judge at this stage. You have 790 posts and 25 members (most of which are active, I see.
🙂 ) That's not horrible and I see you're trying to get the place running by advertising on ForumPromotion, so again, it's just too early to judge.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You run this forum with one other it appears. That's absolutely fine, it can be helpful to have a co-admin to help out even at the early stages of the forum. I'm impressed because lately I've seen month-old forums like yours that are horribly overstaffed.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
This is another thing I was strongly impressed with. Most forums have tons of errors in their index. Yours however only had two, and they were very minor. Your announcement forum's description reads: "Here you will be able to find all the latest news updates and whats going to happen in and around MMOTalk" That's fine but you need a period at the end and an apostrophe on "what's". "Here you will be able to find all the latest news updates and what's going to happen in and around MMOTalk." would be correct. Another forum description reads: "New to the forums? Let us get to know you better, come here to talk about yourself or sadly say goodbye." which should be "New to the forums? Let us get to know you better. Come here to talk about yourself, or sadly, say goodbye." No big deal though.

Final Remarks: Your forum was a pleasure to review and had few issues. Even the issues you did have are very minor and should be a very easy fix.
What was most liked about the website/forums: The look was EXTREMELY nice. Lots of stuff was great.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: Way too many subforums under the Sci-Fi section.
