Is there anyone that can install some phpBB mods for me? I don't know why but they don't work for me.

Willing to pay 10 - 20 USD.

Thanks in advance.

I need:

AJAX Chat
Highway Referral Invitation MOD
Ultimate Shoppe
PHPBB Akismet

I'm new and can't PM.

AJAX Chat ( Abandoned Full of bugs)
Highway Referral Invitation MOD ( This one was also abandoned in 2008)
Ultimate Shoppe ( Never heard of this one do you have a link)
PHPBB Akismet ( This MOD has not been developed past 3.0.7 and will be tough one)

I'm new and can't PM.

My question has to be, why do you want to install three abandoned MODS, lose all phBB support and risk breaking your board ?

Is there any GOOD alternatives with support for the latest phpBB version? That'd be excellent if there is.

I have used ultimate shop mod in my forum and it is working fine with 3.0.11.

Plus, most of the phpbb forums use old and abandon mods including fp(ultimate points). So, you may use old mods if you know basic coding/have someone to code for you.

I think there is a big difference to a forum using mods that were originally supported while not being supported now compared to a new forum starting using unsupported mods.

For more established forums it is harder to constantly change mods when a mod become unsupported and quite often they can't be completely removed either if they play a big part in the site. Starting a forum knowing a mod is unsupported is risky and something you have to be careful with.

The fact that he asking for someone to install the MODs for him shows that he is not that savvy about HTML or php, he only has to come across a cannot find, and without any experience of phpBB3 he is basically lost, Like Fowler says it's better to stay away from unsupported MODS on a new forum.
BTW Ultimate points isn't ABD, it's OK up to 3.0.6, if you know what you are doing you can get it to work on 3.0.11, I have and it's working fine.

Incorrect. UPS is developed for up to 3.0.10 and is 100% safe and working the way it is for 3.0.11. http://area53.die-muellers.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=82

IT's not been validated for 3.0.11 on the official site yet, and as the OP is new user I certainly wouldn't advise using AutoMOD to install it.
The MOD is no longer supported on the official site either, you and I may be OK with that.... but I don't think it right to advise a new user to have it installed<br /><br />-- 15 Oct 2012, 19:01 --<br /><br />

Just wanted to add, did an installation today on a 3.0.11 forum, with Automod, and there were 6 cannot finds in Viewtopic.php
I used Coffee Cup to do it manually, and there must be slight changes in the code, took longer that usual to get it working.
