Moderating in Staff Forums

Who moderates in your Staff Forums?

I generally allow my banned members to moderate my staff forums. I've found that it's a good way to see if someone has actually changed.

On my forum if a situation arose I guess it would be handled by an admin(s). No one moderates any of the staff forums though as there hasn't been a need for that. In my opinion if your staff forums need moderation, then there's an issue.

Staff should be your most trusted allies and shouldn't need babysitting in a private forum.
