Howdy folks,

I'm looking to hire one volunteer moderator for the Blog Help Forum, a forum created for bloggers who help other bloggers get better at blogging.

The forum is very small at the moment.

I'm looking for a moderator who will help me get it active by posting new topics and replying to existing ones. I don't expect you to live on the forum, but I'd like you to visit frequently.

This would be a growing role. I'd envision us becoming great friends as we grow the forum, and you are eventually becoming the #2 admin of the forum. Once the forum generates revenue, we could discuss profit sharing as well.

It would be a plus if you enjoy writing articles about blogging, but it's not required.

That’s true, generating revenue can be hard. How much will you pay volunteers who moderate?

I am paying $20 for a moderator for logging into the forum every day and creating a bunch of posts every week.
