Hello,

Modern Politicians blog has a new design. It took me quite some time to setup it and Yillbs helped a lot too. You can see it and tell me what you think about it on the following address: http://modernpoliticians.com

The theme that you had was sexy, I wonder what this one looks like!

Yeah, I just reloaded and there it is 😀 Yeah, I do have to agree with ya there. I perfer the blue layout, it looked really nice!
 
I like the layout, it looks very good, but I do think it was easier to find content with the old one.

Thank you for your comments. I had to change the old one because it had some bad codes and stuff, which were slowing down my blog. The new one looks more professional, don't you think so? :/ Also I changed the logo to fit better the theme, what's your opinion about that?

A suggestion: you have the same menu in the header and top menu, I'd remove the one in the top menu 🙂

In the top menu, have the Contact links etc. Also, the social links just lead to the Facebook/Twitter website, not your pages.

I think that's some kind of caching problem. They link to my pages, try ctrl+F5 and check again. 🙂

All the same issues still apply to me and I'm on my work PC.
 
Good design, instead of many images and flash, the loading speed is good.
 
Oh, about the menus? I like the way it is, else it would stay "empty". Anything else? 🙂

Do you not think it would look better with links such as 'Contact Us' etc in it? Just think it would be nice to change it up a little - just my opinion though.
 
I agree with Flux. If you're going to have two menus, you need different links in them. At the very least, split up your current menu and put some in the top and some below the logo, assuming you don't have enough pages to add a whole new menu.

Also, your twitter feed isn't loading.
 
Thanks for the catch Geoffrey, twitter and fb fixed now.

I might think about it but I like the way it is. That's how it was supposed to be even before I purchased the theme.
