Hi
Firstly i think your portal looks very empty as there is no announcements at it just looks pointless as it isn't showing anything. Other then that there isn't much to talk about other then you have a lot of empty forums so you might want to get some threads started for people to look at and maybe join in. There is more chance of someone signing up if there are already things to discuss. You are also a bit short on the number of members. I think you just need to sign up to as many advertising forums as possible and advertise and the members will flood in hopefully anyway.
