Youtube has a changed policy regarding the monetization of videos. The qualified channel for monetization should have at least 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of viewing time within the 1-year period. This is a sad news for small time video makers. But you can go back to the monetization when you meet the minimum requirements.
