Monetizing ParkourX

What can I do to more monetize ParkourX.com?
I have Adbrite ads placed currently (don't want to use google ads yet, don't ask why).

What can I do instead of those? And subscriptions are another form of income. I'm looking for something on top of that.

2.50$. That's it. Very low CTR due to no ads being very similar niche. May consider selling the ad space to webmasters once I get a bit more traffic.

I'd suggest offering more items in the store, dog tags, shoes, jeanes etc etc.

I'd also try and squeeze out every last bit of perks for subscribers and such.

A sponsor section may help. a mass PM or something in a news letter with "sponsored by bla bla bla!"

Even a donation page for users to donate small amounts too would help.

I love parkour and have been doing small and tiny amounts of it (nothing big or hard to do) and have been looking into getting into parkour more. If I do I'll be sure to get a subscription. 😉

I'm having problems with my host right now, but I'll get more products made up.
I just ordered some flat brim hats for me and this guy I run with, and if they are good, we will be selling those. I think I will implement a few of your ideas such as dog tags, shoes (affiliate links), and we have a full track suit under development right now.

I'm working on a few new items for subscribers, and they area will be updated within the month.
I love the sponsored section idea - I'll try it out and see how it goes. I'll also try a donation page.

On your top bar, you have links like forum, videos, etc. That's cool, but you got so much space on the far right. Why not sell text links like I do at the Unofficial Rock Band Forums (and later, Dashing)?
