Do you have this? I know its a feature on IPB forums where you pay a certain amount and so your account becomes ad free. Its a great way to earn revenue, however you have to be a large forum and provide something back to the community. Any thoughts?
I've always quite liked the ideas of communities having a certain obtainable "rank" that allows more features to be accessed, including ad removal among other things. A prime example would be a "elite member" group or the sort, something you become after reaching a certain post limit. That way every user has a fair fighting chance, regardless of having PayPal or money, all one must do is post and contribute to the community.orc_dragoon said:I only have ads for the guest's...Once you register they go away.
