Appearance (First Impressions):(marked out of 20) 10 / 20
I'm not sure on what kind of style a forum like this should have, but the all white background wiht gray text just seems too stale. With the orange banner up top, and ornge title bar, maybe mix up some more, give it some color and life. Like maybe try the orange bars with your category titles as well. Juts use something, not only to add a little color, but also to separate category titles from the rest of the forum.
The banner does seem out of place, even though orange is my favorite color, just doesn't seem orange is the color you want to represent the forum, when the theme has to do with making "green". 😉
Layout: (marked out of 20) 15 / 20
Your forum is very well-organized, but maybe you have too many boards on the main page. I scanned through some, and there were ALOT of your boards with only 4 topics or less. Might be time to make some of those, or merge them with "like" boards, until they have enough activity to become their own, again.
And, this may be just me, but forums should always place their announcements, rules, "forum related" boards/categories" at the very top of the forum. you want it to be the first thing your new/active members ome across as soon as arriving. Then ... follow it up with your new members boards, your forum "themed" boards after, then, all off-topic boards down at the bottom.
Number Of Members: (marked out of 10) 7 / 10
I seen the message where there was a new Admin appointed. I'm guessing this is why there was an absense in activity/ new members. Seems they're doing a good job picking up the pace, and advertising well.
It also dawned on me, that you don't even have to join, to benefit from these acftivities. may want to chnge that. keep the boards visible, but the topics (members only)
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (marked out of 10) 7 / 10
over 2,000 posts is a very well-earned achievement. But, seeing as you mostly refer members to go to other forums, to make money, you shouldn't be expecting alot of posts from the "money-making" sections.
The off-topic, and money exchanges sections are going to be your ke targets to getting a higher post count, and rise in actual forum activity.
Moderation:(marked out of 10) 6 / 10
Now, it's hard to tell how active your moderating team is, since i haven't seen one on. though, i know we all can't bve on at the same time. Plus, just being appointed dmin, and adding on eMOD to staff, their needs to be more. I'm sure you do have more, but i haven't seen any active in the past couple days ... and this is going by "last post by" and seeing any other color besides gray in the name.
Activity:(marked out of 20) 8 / 20
You have a good number of members, and alot to sem to be active on a daily basis, judging form the recent replies shown from th e"last pist by .." at the end of each board/ topic.
Making money does sound inticing, but keeping someone interested when it takes work, and time to make that money, may disuade them from sticking around for too long.
Spelling and Grammar(marked out of 10) 9 / 10
Your Board descriptions are well written, plenty of detail, and yet, not too dragged out. I just couldn't give a perfect score, because there were a few phrases that could've used commas in your descriptions.
Suggestions(Not Marked)
Maybe experiment and try a new look. Unless you have different skin options ... doesn't really matter since the skin option should be your default when a "guests" arrives on your forum.
Find topics, and money making ways to keep members attracted to your forum. ll the info they need is there, so why be active, when the money is a click-away ... (away from your forum/site)
I like your concept, and wish i had the spare time to get involved with what you offer. You do get a 10 / 10 for originality, and actually gathering all these sites and info up into one forum.
Good job ... and just try and work on some improvements i suggested, or listen to your members, on any feedback/suggestions they may wish to offer.
Plus, put yourself in a "guests" shoes. Pretend you're not the Admin, and ask "why" should you join the forum?
