First Impressions & Appearance
Long URL. (bad). I know Zetaboard users hate hearing this but it is just a fact and pain in the butt. The URLs are long, hard to memorize (next to impossible), and lengthy.. again. I know there isn't much you can do about it but maybe buy a domain to slap on your forum is zeta allows you to. That would help the issue.
Lots of misaligned/out of space text. A lot of issues with text running out of their respective boxes and overflowing into the webpage.
I like the banner, very colorful and adds some flavor to the page. It is very well designed and all the effect make it fit so much better into the forum and colorscheme.
I love the Godzilla icons. I just do. They caught my eye and are creative. I really like them :great:.

Site Layout
The site is very well laid out, the bottom particularly. I like that ad placement. It looks really good and runs with the theme and layout.
You have a lot of index forums. Hide some. Make space, no one like scrolling miles just to find a forum. Group similar forums together into a category of their own. Subforums will work wonders for your index size. The board info is sort of intruding too. Try fitting it in somewhere nice. Having one forum on its own is not a good idea talking size and ease of use.
You should reorganize your header. All the text is misshapen and just overflowing. It is a bad design problem on my end.

Statistics and Activity
For being open 5 years you should have a greater amount of posts than that. I mean while FP is a promotion forum we have nearly a million in four years. you really need to promote something to get activity going a little bit. Promote paid prizes in contests. Such as a free movie sent to you when you complete the contest. That would give users incentive to post, stay around for possible contests in the future, and become snug with the community. You need to give some to get some.
I think the problem with some things is there isn't anything to talk about. Like the movie specifics. You need to get creative. Polls, opinions, something like that to get activity in the movie forums. One hasn't had a post in a month, that should be looked into asap.

Staff Moderation
With all my amazing zetaboards skills I still cannot see how many staff you have exactly. I saw there is you and a moderator. I am not sure how many. I don't want to judge you unfairly in this part, and go looking through pages of members. I can re-review this part if you can present the # of staff you have

Board wise, it seems to be kept clean. Nice forums and doesn't look like any rule breaking. You have a pretty calm community so I can't imagine rulebreakers are an issue.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your spelling is pretty good, although the all caps text makes it feel unprofessional. Instead of emphasizing it like THIS, emphasize it like
this. Making it bold will help important things stick out at you in a wall of text.
I noticed some forums have bold text and others do not. Try and keep it one consistent style, it will help your design stay clean.
Otherwise very nice forum descriptions. I very much like them.
