Mood Icons 2.0 (Preview)

As stated in this http://adminextra.com/forum/graphics-lounge/337-mood-icons-first-look.html I announced that the previews in that thread where not the final design so I thought to create a thread and post a preview of the final design (what the mood icons will look like). The overall design is now decided but titles in this preview and coloring isn't final.

Hopefully, you'll see this early preview as an improvement over the last pack. So here it is (screenshot below). If you like nice, if you don't well I'll never make everyone happy but we will see how it goes. 😉

Or more recent. 🙂 Yeah, chances are you'll/people will always notice similiarties in the designs and compare the look and feel to other images. I can see what your saying my last moods look similiar to a button set designed I posted many years ago. 🙂

Anyway, Thanks for the feedback folks I'm glad at this point it's positive and that you like what your viewing. FYI, I'm aiming on creating around 300 moods. So, you'll see alot of new moods in this pack. :yes:

I'll post a little more information here (because I'm a bit of a fan of this forum).

The mood icons will consist of around 300 moods (they'll replace the current moods) as found here (being the author) and the remainder which will be brand new moods that where never introduced into the last pack. The static moods will be in .png format so that they will fit on any background so the visual quality will be far superior than the last pack that have matting problems. Unfortunately the moods with animations will be .gif because png doesn't support animation so there's no getting away from .gif for the time being.

These are currently in development so they are actively being designed as we speak so hopefully sooner rather than later a release will follow and the myriad of forum scripts and forums will be able to update their moods with superior visuals and more of a variety of moods at they're disposal. :yes:

I was approached a long time ago by someone whom developed a mood script and wanted to use the mood icons (ones you see here at forumpromotion). If I can find the person or a link to such a script I'll drop a link in this thread. 🙂
