Hey I'm new at this admin thing, but I've noticed that activity at the Al has slowed down tremendously.... I mean people still come and view it, but they don't really post much. Was just wondering if anyone had some good ideas to keep members coming back after opening.

If people come back and not post then you need to give them a reason to post (a contest) or give them more to reply to. They probably are checking back to read and see if there is anything to reply to. Create loads of topics and reply to topics you haven't replied to and they should then reply when they visit next.
