What do you do/plan to do to make your forum more than just a forum? If you plan on doing more at all??

I've got a few projects going on at my forum at the moment -

- Courses (a Wicca 101 Course that last for one year so far, run by a Wiccan High Priestess. Planning on more courses)

- Featured Stores (A thread gets dedicated to an online store, and a banner to our forum gets placed on their website)

- Authors Circle (Pagan authors have their own subforum, where they can write about their books, people can ask questions etc, still a work in progress at the moment, a few authors have agreed to get involved so far)

- Moots (Real Life meetings, I plan on doing the first for our one year anniversary, with guest speakers and a band hopefully)

- Articles/Blog (A blog full of member submitted articles, which will become a proper knowledge base for Pagans)

Thats all the projects we have on the go at the moment, although I am sure I will end up doing even more

I have an arcade, shop, skin gallery, shoutbox, portal, custom bbcodes, downloads (coming soon) and bio pages for the staff.

There are a lot of features that I have disabled for now such as, IRC chat, Lottery, Army Mod, Reputation, etc.. as there is no use for them and a lot of features on their way, when the host owner adds them.

I have an arcade too, with a chat as another feature.

Disabled: Shop, twp rep systems LOL(Flame wars D:<), a monetary system that was abandoned for a new monetary system long ago, and some other stuff.

We also have a gallery, chat room and a calender (thats actually used) and a links directory 🙂

Not sure if it counts, but some of our topics are RPs and stories where the members contribute. They're not really discussions, but they are topics/posts.

Other than that, no. I did have a friend that took a meme of ours and made it into a Game Maker game, though.

ChatBox is that forum even yours?
Erm, I do have plan's to add a blog and probably a contact page, nothing big but I do hope for many plan's in the future of my site.

The problem that I'm experiencing with podcasts is the timezone difference. I'm in Ireland, and most of my staff are in the US...

All of my staff would be too poor for making podcasts I think for some reason lol.

And now that I've actually read the first post...

If some sort of moot happened at UW I'd lol.
