I hate going to sites that have pop ups and pop unders. These sites usually get my computer infected with spyware and it's hard to shut down all the popups and pop unders. Most times, I just have to shut off my computer to get rid of them. These would be the most annoying type of ads that I've seen so far. What are your least favorite or most hated type of ads on a forum or blog?

Hidden ads. When you click a link on a page to visit specific content you're greeted by a pop up ad instead. They really aggravate me.

I feel the same way. This is why I like to use adBlocker on my browsers. Ads are just seriously annoying, although I understand why they're necessary.

I really dislike those "adwords" things, if you mouse over them a bubble pops up with ads. Very annoying.

Ad-block catches everything else (for the most part).

I particularly hate where you accidentally get yourself a toolbar you didn't want or some such and it implements adwords into literally every page you go to.

Mostly online ads are really annoying because sometimes they are really irrelevant and not needed. I usually go for offline advertising (thru people), such as promotional branding. So they can really see what I'm doing and I'm real. 🙂

What makes me mad more than anything is when I hit back and the page just refreshes and won't take me back to where ever I was before. I guess that really isn't an add but I'd rather deal with popups than that 😛
