Most annoying cartoon character?

That brings back memories. Is it morally wrong to want to euthanize a cartoon character?

Some characters are annoying when they are loveably annoying. Some are just beaten with a dead horse annoying. Scrappy Doo and Bat-Mite come to mind. Tbh these characters seem to be more annoying the younger the audience is for the show, to the point something in the show needs to happen. However, the said character does little of the importance of the plot and is just there to add to the ratings or audience. Like the whole Patrick Show on Paramount+ and Bubble Bass as a critic on said show. It's even apparent in Spongebob when the writing has little to no character development.
Spongebob Squarepants makes me want to rip my ears off.
A lot of Anime tends to have at least one designated annoying character. Gundam Wing is my favorite anime series but Relena Peacecraft was a character that I wanted to smack every time she opened her mouth.

I don't think I hate any cartoon character that mu-
I loathed this character so much during the cartoons. I don't know if the original is any bearable but the Latin-American dub voice was really really grating. I just couldn't see it like the endearing overconfident pup that I am guessing it was meant to portray.

What reminded me of Scrappy was watching 13 Ghosts and Flim Flam. More of the same but the movie where Flim Flam returned was awesome.
I didn't like Gir in Invader Zim and that's why I didn't like that show! I thought it was a bit too over the top with it's humor and Gir's voice was annoying lol.
I hated the map in that show lol, I couldn't stand Dora either though.
She just annoyed me, a cartoon character that was a cocky know it all. No. Just no. 😂
