I bought me my cell phone, super expensive, but then my friend bought himself some shades for the same price and i felt better.

So what are the most expensive things you've ever bought? Here are mine:

1. Emporio Armani sunglasses (2 pair) 207$ each
2. Full scale lancer assault rifle replica 105$

and that's it.

So what are yours?

Hello

The most expensive thing I have ever bought is my Duke Glasses. 🙂

It is Handcrafted with Italian acetate frames & steel hinges. This glass is made up with CR-39 or polycarbonate lenses (dependent on Rx). Its total cost is $275.

I love to wear sunglasses and I have different collection of frames. I generally bought it from http://www.classicspecs.com as my friend has suggested me for this. Eyeglasses are good to wear. You can protect your eyes as well as looks attractive and dashing. It is really very versatile and comfortable and moreover you will able to accessorize any style here.

It helps in improving the perceptibility as they reduce the stare from objects like sand, snow, and water bodies. It helps a lot to protect from harmful UV rays and even gives one an attractive look.

My iPhone 4. I am still a kid, so my parents buy most of the expensive stuff right now. xD

My top 3 expensive purchases are:

1- My car for $3000 that I bought this summer. Plus all the extra things I having to keep spending on it. (Fuel, maintenance costs, insurance, etc... So it's kinda like I'm not done paying for it yet.)

2- My Asus laptop for $1,700 (bought it Jan 2014).

3- My Note 3 for $915 (May 2014).

I think the most expensive things I've bought have to be my Xbox One: $400~, Oakleys: $150, and some of my watches that are in the $70-$100 price range.

The most expensive thing I've ever purchased would have to be my car. 🙂

Anyone here(that are old enough to live on their own) have bought houses yet? That is one hefty item right there. 🙂

Yep been there done that one ^^^^^^^
....although I didn't buy it in one go, but signing for a £36,000 mortgage was a scary thought (before the housing boom)

A car £4,600
A PC £1,300
A holiday to Spain for 4 £1,200
A fridge freezer £824
A dinning table £800
A 52" Plasma TV £900
A 42" LCD TV £769
A leather sofa £660

See....having your own place is a bit pricey

This list looks similar to mine. My most recent purchase was a 55 inch LCD TV. I got a good deal on it, ended up spending $489 on it this past weekend. Next on the list...

Sofa Set (Sectional)
TV Stand
Microwave

Most of the stuff I already have crossed off the list... It adds up quick.

£50,000 for my first car. I really had to work my arse off for this grand purchase of mine and well, can't say I didn't get any flak for this decision. I certainly could've just gotten a much cheaper car and shelved the rest for my future house, but I'm still pretty happy with my investment. This is more or less my dream car we're talking about.

By the time it's needed for me to buy a house—which most probably isn't anytime soon—I'd imagine having saved enough by then.

...or at least that's what I tell myself...
