Lately, it seems like my mouse is double clicking when I only click once. I've went into the mouse options, and the double click speed should be slow.

It's really ticking me off.

How do I fix this so that one click doesn't mean double click.

You can try going into folder options' general tab and pick double click in Windows.

Folder options is found in the Windows Control panel.

If you are running XP.....

Control Panel> Folder Options>General>Click items As Follows>Single Click To Open An Item (point to select)

If you are running Vista I's say it's pretty similar 😉

I'm running Windows 7. I'll have a look around for the 'folder' options.

You can also type the word "folder options" in the startmenu search box in Windows 7 to reach the folder option program.

I forgot I had this thread.

Could it be an actual problem with your mouse? Try cleaning under the button.

Ya, it was an issue with the mouse itself. Good thing I bought more batteries for the wireless. 😛
