Pros:
Really nice compact theme, the reviews of the newest and hottest movies are right there fast with a high quality picture accompanying it. Reviews are fast to read and helpful. I love the Review Information page, it is so... down to earth. I like it, you are competly straight with your guests. The FAQ page is very small and is helpful, not boring. It provides actual help, not rants.

Cons:
I would leave a link to the homepage in the nav bar even if the logo links to it. It just generally look more professional. I think you should review more movies, I am seeing old movies in the index. That kinda turns me off. I would also put a ad placement in the side bar that is tower like. It would cover open space.

Final/General Thoughts:
Overall, very nice compact site. It isn't too large or too small. It is just right and that is what I love about your site. Filling up the space on your site is the only thing I would make sure to fix. You provide great reviews and pictures!
